Normal or difficult? Which one is better? If I choose difficult level, will it gain more XP faster?
Which difficulty level do you suggest to me? I don't want Easy level.

no, you will not gain exp faster regardless of difficulty level. My advice is to go to easy to make yourself comfortable with the game itself. Reading which feats can work with each others will help a great deal and no matter which class combination you choose for yourself, a good build will make you go far.

Setting combat difficulty to Easy reduces final damage taken by 50%; setting it to Difficult increases final damage taken by 50% (so 10 final damage on Normal becomes 5 on Easy, and 15 on Difficult). That's it, I think.
You can adjust combat difficulty in your current game at any time by selecting Options and then Gameplay if you're having trouble, or if you start finding things too easy and want to increase the challenge. Otherwise, as far as I know there's no benefit to setting combat difficulty higher.
