I have found in Emprise De Lion the Sword of the Champion. It is Hawkes Family Weapon from The Legacy DLC.
The Keep should offers the settings for the Vegance from Awakening and Hawkes Key from The Legacy DLC. Vengance were a very cool weapon.
and do not forget this sword from Wardens Keep from this blacksmith.

So is that what happens when the Keep actually syncs the DLC for your games? I reported that not working for me over 3 months ago and I'm still waiting for it to get sorted. I guess it's on the list.

No. Syncing the DLC is just for your "career" profile, listing achievements and such. Anything dealing with the game itself would have to be in the Keep Tapestry tiles.
