I have completed these missions and still showing up in my journal. If I go into all areas where Cassandra's rogue mages are there are none and Crestwood all camps have been established but still shows incomplete. (playing on PC)

 

1. Demonic Dogma, 3/3 secrets discovered, shows quest not completed.
2. Unfinished Business 5/5 targets eliminated, shows quest not completed. (Going back go Skyhold to speak to Cassandra after killing the last person on your list does not instigate a conversation about the mission.)
3. Crestwood, Holding Crestwood, both camps established, shows quest not completed.

I am having this same issue as well. Is this a known bug or is there any kind of fix? 140 hours in, and I really hate to not be able to complete this.
