Pretty much, its not like they completely borked the healing system or destroyed their perfect tactics/AI system.... BUT hey letx fix this random bug here and pretend this is not happening.

Dude, give them some credit, they did afterall fix Varrics legs and we all know that's more important than stuff that actually hinders gameplay...

I liked DA2 much better because I found it more emotionally engaging. That's mainly why I play Bioware games and I couldn't get into this at all, aside from that scene where everyone sings in the snow.

But not only it is better in that matter, the GAMEPLAY is better, and i never thought i would say that...

Yeah, probably. I can't really say because I've never been wild about the gameplay in any DA game. I'd prefer something flowing and skill-based like in the Arkham games to whacking and whacking until it falls down. But whatever, can't expect too much in a game that not supposed to be that fun to play.

Thing is this are different types of games, you cant expect every game to be a button masher and thats part of the problem because they watered down the game mechanics to please to a wider audiense and this is the result of that.

It could've just had the same crappy combat of Origins and I'd be fine playing it, provided the story was decent.

Just fixing this review...

7/10 - Considering a game.

5/10 - Considering PC version.

3/10 - Considering a Dragon Age and Bioware RPG history.

0/10 - Considering Bioware promises, posts, trailers, interviews and everything they made us expect from this game.

Because seriously, try to review it again comparing to phrases of the developers... you can't even give one point. In fact the best we could do is to never buy a Bioware game ever again. There should be a limit on misleading customers and betraying previous instalments players.

I think this is a very fair assessment (I am not going to agree with the betrayal part, though, as not every lie is a betrayal. Although I do understand why someone could feel betrayed).

I also do not think that the game will be well-remembered because the post-support for the game up to this point is simply atrocious, and some people that had a good time are now burned because of the game issues.
