This has been posted numerous times on the EA help forum, but no one will acknowledge it.
We purchased the Deluxe Upgrade last week on our XBox One. Items showed up in game with no problem. The digital soundtrack download, however, is no where to be found. The link on the main Dragon Age site says we haven't purchased it. Origin account and gamertag are linked.
EA Chat support says it's a Microsoft issue, Microsoft chat says it's an EA issue. Whatever the case, we paid for something and you are not delivering. Can someone please acknowledge that this is an issue and that something many of us paid for is not available?
Sorry to post in the feedback forum, but not getting an answer and not knowing where else to post is really frustrating.
