I wanted to go back and play Mass Effect 2 and 3 again, but on my Origin account I noticed that it was asking me to buy all the DLC again. So I logged into my BSN account and tried to download it from there. But everything is missing. I had all the DLC for Mass Effect 2 & 3. I cant afford to buy it all again, is there anyway to get it back?

You should PM BioWare employees with your email address so they can track down your DLC entitlements.
Considering this account has been opened on the first of thios new year, I propose you try logging into the account you tied the DLCs too and go on from there.
