So I don't know if anyone else discovered this thing, but it drove me pretty insane for a good half an hour while I was trying to reach it or discover if it did something.
I was exploring the western approach on my 2nd run and I found it near the camp of the venatori where you defeat Crassius Servis. Is this some sort of easter egg? Did anyone else found it? I like to call it Bioware's Holy Grail xD

Anyway this is the exact spot where you can find it:

If that's a tip of the cap to Indiana Jones, then that's amazing.

A topic about this pops up about once a week at BSN. :D

A good thing people are so observant, so kudos to all.

You know, that's the first thing I thought xD

I wonder if there are others. This doesn't strike me as a single easter egg, but more like a "one for each area" easter egg.

That's definitely not the cup of a carpenter, be grateful you didn't touch it!

In the emprise, there is an ice cave with a pyramid and a bunch of folks frozen into the ceiling. It's clearly an easter egg but I have no idea to what it's referring.

I found that one too : D But it wasn't that well hidden so I just thought it was something scenic or that I was experiencing a bug that didn't give me any quest related to that item. What is BioWare trying to tell us...Prolly nothin' lol

There are plenty. The Plants vs Zombies one in Crestwood is pretty funny,

Hmm, this list doesn't include that pyramid cave, though. I wonder what it is.

That Krogan, heh. I remember seeing it during Cass' quest. I giggled.

I found this one as well. There is the bunch of beheaded bears in the Emerald Graves, as well as a very tiny cave and sign post. No idea what they are supposed to reference though

LOL! I did a double take when I equipped it XD. In a nearby area (sorta), there's a gargantuan cheese with a skeleton. Ate himself to death?
