Sometimes mana and stamina are not regenerating even using the normal attack and without casting habilities or spell, and it makes impossible to cast anything!
Someone reported it to bioware? Its a known bug?

My stamina sometimes doesn't regenerate beyond 50% which prevents me from using abilities like Full Draw. As soon as I use an ability that costs 35 stamina for example, it will shoot up to 65. The +50 stamina amulet makes it less annoying.

Wait this is a new one can we get as many details for our thread we wish to add this. Im playing on PC, and got this problem with all classes, exception assassin, but i started to play with him 3 days ago only.
