None. The previous Bioware games have yet to be remastered for the next gen consoles (and there has been no confirmations that this would ever happen).
I would pay the game full price again though to play DAO with upgraded graphics...

You can't. Morrigan have cast a very powerful spell on all PS4 to not be able to play DAO and DA II. Sorry.

If Origins ends up being on Playstation Now, you might be able to, but currently, there is no download or disc for Origins on PS4.
