I've redeemed the code through this website and it's not showing up in my mass effect 2 personal computer. What's going on?!?! Does it make a difference if the e-mail address i used wasn't the one linked to my xbox live account? If so how can i fix this? Or if not how do i get this damn download...?

You have to use the email that you use for your xbox gamertag.....for example, if my email was BlueberryAngel@blahblahblah.com and that was for my Gamertag, then BlueberryAngel@blahblahblah.com should have been the email that you used for the armor

You have to redeem using the same email address that your xbox live gamertag is connected to.

im having this problum also. i used the email that i use for my xbox gamer tag and the only option i get is to download it for the PC/MAC. But it also shows up for the xbox but has no option for it.

I linked it to an address not on my xbl account and never got it either...so then I deleted that account and made a new one that was linked to my gamertag. Of course that was probably a stupid decision and it looks like I'm pretty much screwed. You'd just expect things like this to be explained clearly and work properly and if not they should at the very least be resolved quickly, I opened up a ticket with support and waited 45 minutes just to receive a message stating there were no available agents to speak to. Sigh.

im having the same problem, it says use the one that you have to ea, i used it.. and no extra content.... i just hope that i didnt get ripped off

I have that same problem too....but I dont have the game yet...so  i dnt rly no..lol<_<

I'm haveing the same problem... sort of.. i know its the email used by my gamertag because i use that email for EVERYTHING but theres no armor.. and i don't care if others have posted about this problem... go get the answer and repost it here rather than whine about it.

Blueberry Angel, did you have to do anything special? or does it just show up after you get so far in game? I am from what i would think is far enough into the game to be able to use it, but i still cannot...

Don't bother with the chat, i've been disconnected 12 times already when the timer reached zero. And calling won't work either. I waited 2 hours on hold and nobody answered so i just hung up.
