How can I kill each companion? I know I cant kill morrigan but how do I kill the others. I wish to do the most damage as a evil character.

Alistair // You can either completely ruin his life or even get Anora to execute him at the Landsmeet.
Leliana // Defile the ashes and kill her. -- She gets better though.
Morrigan // Immortal, although you can lie about killing Flemeth, give her the "special robes", and then drive her off.
Oghren // Kill him in a duel after lowering his approval. -- He gets better in Awakening, although you can kill him there.
Shale // Preserve the Anvil and kill her.
Wynne // Defile the ashes or Side with Cullen and kill her.
Zevran // Kill him instead of recruiting him ... he'll also betray you if he doesn't like you enough.
Dog // Kill him in the Ostagar kennel.
Loghain // Execute him.
Sten // Leave him in the cage instead of recruiting him.
--EDIT--
Although I'm not sure I'd want to go throughout the game with just the Warden + Alistair/Loghain.

Here's a video on being evil. Please don't do it as an elf.

His approval needs to be extremely low, then Oghren will fight you. I'm not sure what the exact requirement is. Might even be -100.

You can also kill Zevran in a duel. If his approval is low enough, he'll suggest that you part ways. You can talk him out of it once, then he'll insist on leaving. If you try to stop him or ask him to return his equipment, he'll fight you.

Too true, lol. I tried once, but I can not be that rude for a sustained period of time. Not even in a video game.

Thank you everyone. I'm still debating if I should kill leliana or shoo her away.
Edit: The only Companion I can never bring myself to kill.....is the Mabari Warhound

If you are a human noble, I believe it is impossible to kill Dog (though I'm not sure if you can simply avoid recruiting him).
Also notice you cannot kill both Alistair and Loghain - unless you execute one at the Landsmeet and have the other sacrifice themselves to kill the Archdemon.
As for Leliana, I'm afraid she has plot armour.

So does Zevran apparently. Its still a mystery to me how Leliana survives a decapitation. Anyone know how?

She's beheaded in a chamber that houses the most powerful healing magic that Thedas has ever known, and there is some dispute over whether or not the Ashes work because they are Holy or whether they work because the entire shrine is built on a massive Lyrium Vein of nearly unheard of purity.
--EDIT--
In reality though, the "real" reason she lives is because the character was popular enough that the devs didn't want to allow her death to be made Canon.

You should play Jade Empire - evil characters get a bonus when they kick a dog. ![]()

You can't avoid recruiting the Dog as HN.

Actually, you can also kill Zevran by demanding that he leave the camp after recruiting him but before the events in Denerim... he'll complain about the Crows attempting to murder him now that he's failed his mission, after which you tell him that you don't care or somesuch and that you want him gone... Zevran makes one final attempt to fulfill his contract, but it never ends well because I strip him of all equipment beforehand... xD
As an experiment, I lowered his approval to -100. In camp, after one dialogue, he threatened to quit then we fought and I killed him. He self-resurrected, spoke the dialogue that triggers after Bownommar and resumed standing. I spoke with him again and this time he died for real.
So it is possible.
o_O That's pretty weird, but pretty funny too.

Zevran will also turn on you if he is there when you help the werewolves slaughter the Dalish.
