I'm ready to start a new character/class that chooses different answers. 

 

What can I do to make this playthrough different from my first? I saw something about a "default world" but never understood that. I want to make this experience very different from my last and my only 2 options I know are picking a new class and selecting new answers

Use the Dragon Age: Keep? You can choose options from the previous games and import that into DA:I. Some of it will change the game, some of it doesn't appear in game but it's all there for possible DLC or instalments in the franchise.
