I don't know if this is a common knowledge like any other exploits, if so, sorry for repost (I'm a new here by the way)
So the key to achieve this is to complete Tomb of Fairel quest in Hissing Waste at lvl 8. Here is the "normal" walkthrough of the quest, but we're not following that specifically.
Before we start, there are few things to note:
• Bring at least 1 rogue with Stealth ability (with +Stealth ring is recommended), but it's easier if the Inquisitor is a rogue and soloing this
• It is better to start this at lvl 8 because this way you’ll use the weapon longer, which means you have to finish In Your Heart Shall Burn at lvl 8 to achieve this
• I advice to have at least 21 power when you started In Your Heart Shall Burn so you can immediately unlock Hissing Waste by the time you finish it.
• You have to unlock mounts before this because “this space has nothing but... space”
• Bring Varric, Iron Bull, or Blackwall to hear story about Paragons (Varric), Tomb’s architecture (Iron Bull), and (made-up?) Adventure in the dessert (Blackwall).
So let's get started.
1. First step is go to Hissing Waste and go to Burial Ground region, there you will found 4 inscription (and 4 veil fire thingy beside each of them), 1 veil fire thingy that’s already been lit and 1 locked door. In order to unlock the door, you have to light the veil fire thingy in this specific order:
• Fairel’s sons built monument to their father, locking away his great works,
• And worked together, for a time, side by side. Each ruled half the thaig,
• But each ruled differently. They argued, and heated words made the brothers duel,
• And when one brother fell, the other raised bloodied axe in hand, alone.
Notes:
• The contain of the locked door of this tomb is gold, dwarven banner, Key Fragment, Masterwork Dual-Curved Blade schematic, and Superb Ring of Critical Damage.
• This region is filled with Volcanic Aurum (Tier 3 Common Metal), Vandal Aria (Tier 3 Common Herb), and Amrita Vein (Tier 3 Rare Herb)

2. Set up Logging and Canyon Camp for additional 400 influence.

3. This is the hardest part because there’s poison spiders lvl 16 at the enterance of the tomb. Stop at merchant at the Canyon, go with you rogue and stealth your way to the tomb where you will found 4 inscription (and 4 veil fire thingy beside each of them), 1 veil fire thingy that’s already been lit and 1 locked door and light the veil fire thingy inside the tomb this specific order:
• After many years Fairel, greatest of all paragons, could not bear life’s burden
• And with the burden growing, he called his sons to his bedside.
• He bade each son swear he would take care of his brother,
• And the brother swore, and mourned when their father returned to the stone.
Notes:
• The contain of the locked door of this tomb is gold, dwarven banner, Key Fragment, Masterwork Serrated Greatsword schematic, and Superb Ring of Guard Penetration.
• If you have the gold for it, you can buy the best purchasable armor in the game at the Canyon’s merchant (which I doubt unless you cheat your way through it).
• If you want to defeat the spiders, lure them to the merchant and let the dog beat them. The dog there is BADASS!!

4. Travel back to Canyon camp and go and set up the Statue camp and then go to the Colossus tomb where you will found 4 inscription (and 4 veil fire thingy beside each of them), 1 veil fire thingy that’s already been lit and 1 locked door and light the veil fire thingy inside the tomb this specific order:
• Fairel, Paragon, fled from the strife of his briliance created,
• The strife that destroyed thaigs, sundered houses, from weapon that clan used against clan.
• His own clan and his two sons followed him to the pitiless surface,
• The surface where they would hide from the war that took their home.
Notes:
• The contain of the locked door of this tomb is gold, Key Fragment, Serpent’s Rage schematic, and Superb Ring of Bleeding.
• There’s a few poison spiders on the enterance, just stealth your way through.

5. Travel back to Statue camp and climb your way up to set Sunstop Mountain camp. There’s venatori there, go to stealth and set the camp first. Once the camp is set, the vanatori won’t attack back as long as they’re in the camp area. You can also take Venatori order as a part of Sand and Ruin quest and get delicious ~5000 xp near the camp.

6. Make your way to the next tomb from the Sunstop camp where you will found 4 inscription (and 4 veil fire thingy beside each of them), 1 veil fire thingy that’s already been lit and 1 locked door and light the veil fire thingy inside the tomb this specific order:
• The sun burn above ocean of sand,
• But in the sand was stone, strong and true.
• Fairel hewed the stone, and built- as great as any thaig in the deep.
• And with his sons’ help, he ensure the thaig prosper and grew.
Notes:
• The contain of the locked door of this tomb is gold, Key Fragment, Legion of the Dead armor schematic, and Superb Belt of Melee Defense.
• There is Fire rune schematic in this tomb, as well as Volcanic Aurum (Tier 3 Common Metal).

7. Climb your way out of the tomb and set Mountain Fortress and Sand Crags camp. You also can read Folded Letter nearby to get another delicious ~5000 xp as a part of Sand and Ruin quest. The last tomb located nearby the Sand Crags camp. As before, there you will found 4 inscription (and 4 veil fire thingy beside each of them), 1 veil fire thingy that’s already been lit and 1 locked door and you have to light the veil fire thingy inside the tomb this specific order:
• This is the tale of Fairel, Paragon among Paragons, father of two sons,
• Who, against their father’s wishes, fought from foolish words and foolish pride.
• For pride these halls were made- to honor a father’s deed, and grieve his loss,
• And for loss, these hall were made, to honored a brother mourned.
Notes:
• The contain of the locked door of this tomb is gold, torn paper, Key Fragment, Bianca Arms III (Enhanced) schematic, Masterwork Spiked Longbow schematic, and Superb Ring of Attack.
• There’s Venatori outside of Sand Crags camp, just stealth your way and set the camp.
8. The last step would be go to the Tomb of Fairel. Just make your way to the west of Sand Crags camp where you’ll find your last reward as well as ~10000 xp for completing the quest.
Notes:
• The contain of the this tomb is gold, Bianca Aiming III (Enhanced) schematic, Promise of the Storm dagger, and Superb Ring of Barrier Penetration.
• Tomb of Fairel is the teritory of Sandy Howler, a lvl 20 High Dragon, which you can’t fight yet (well, you can, but I'm pretty sure you'll die if you try to fight her at lvl 8). So just make your way around her.
• In front of the enterance of the tomb, you’ll find wyverns. This spot is a good spot to farm them for their skin (tier 3 material) and their poison glands (+50 dragon-slaying rune ingredient).
