I created a Google Docs spreadsheet with all the character abilities:

https://docs.google....dit?usp=sharing

There is one tab per character class.

The intent of this spreadsheet is that you can print it out so you have a reference for all abilities without the need for another device.

When printing, I recommend All Sheets, de-select "Repeat row headers on each page", Paper Size = Legal (or Letter, but the text will be small), Layout = Fit to width, Landscape.

Please respond in this thread with suggestions.

Thanks, and I hope people find this useful.

I started working on something like this mid-Dec, except I got to busy with MP Eq sheet. lol I was going to use the Tournament Bracket apps to break the skill table down https://developers.g...s/bracket_maker. Glad to see someone else is finally getting in the GD act.

The only suggestions I would make is that you add whether the skill is passive or active. Also add in some color scheme to separate primary and secondary Evos. Or you could use conditional formatting to color the cells from the skill name to the end of the row.

ex/ on the Alchemist sheet

Custom Formula is =$A:$A="Elemental Mines", Format: Background color (whatever color you want), Range D6:M6.

I also have a formula that will allow you alternate line colors (dark, light, dark, light). It's kind of messed up because you're using merged cells, but you get the idea.

Off-topic: I bet your shoulders hurt like a mofo after all that typing, don't they.

Thanks for the suggestions. I've debated using color -- plus side, it looks nice; minus side, it eats people's ink (or looks crappy when printed in greyscale). I'll experiment with it.

Active skills are in italics but I could make them bold italics to stand out more.

As for the typing, I used to be able to type 150 WPM when I was a professional [-]secretary[/-] MUD player... now down to about 90 WPM... so anyway, that part didn't take as long as the formatting. Plus there are tons of repeated skills that I was able to copy and paste.

I made a version with dotted lines on each row:

https://docs.google....dit?usp=sharing

And a different version with alternate rows shaded in light grey:

https://docs.google....dit?usp=sharing

(Both only for the Alchemist - first tab.)

Are these any easier to read?
