Sera is totally my boo. Loved every single one of her chats, and her romance was my favorite--next to Cassandra.

People are just so insecure about their own life and problems. They project their hatred on others. Or people that are different. I think Sera is hotter then half these people who complain her girlfriends when they growing up. You'd have to hang out with first. Some I bet never felt the touch of a woman. Sure. She's not perfect. She's dorky. Has a weird sense of humor.

Sera has many ADHD traits (hyperactivity, impulsivity, distractability), she is the ultimate pragmatist, don't think, don't talk it over, do it!
She is also pretty negative about being an elf... I'm playing a dalish warden and every time I mentioned elves she disapproves, and it is clear she fancies Celene way over Briala, however, she has head screwed on right when it comes to class, power and economic inequalities (Red Jenny, that's a socialist organisation, right?), but without Blackwall's resentfulness. Her approach to religion is also pretty practical and utterly confounds Iron Bull.

Yep she actually counts as human trained armour wise in the game x) She can wear templar armor but not any of the elven armours
I hereby declare Sera an awesome knight of my current playthrough. Playing on hard, my team had only 1 health potion when starting the boss fight against the Grand Duchess and her minions, which turned out to be a very bad idea. But Sera saved the day almost single handedly. My char died (the first time during this playthrough). Cassandra died (also the first time during this playthrough) and Solas had like 10 health left at the end. But Sera just jumped around being a supreme badass, the AI perfectly handling her throughout.

From what I can tell, the reason she can't wear elven armour is more mundane: it seems she uses a human body mesh rather than an elven one and they didn't create versions of the elven armour that fits properly.

How refreshing.
Things I love about Sera.....
She's easily the cutest BioWare character going.. before that, it was Liara from ME.
I love what she stands for, the things she says and how she says it. Her sense of humour. Her accent... the way she looks at you like you're a piece of cream pie (if you romance her). Her archery skills, the way she gets sh*tty and impatient if you question her while initiating the romance.
My favourite moment with her is definitely the romance scene (A Woman Who Wants For Nothing) and second to that would have to be taking her into the fade and having her freak out. I know it's cruel but... she's just so damn cute.
I found Sera an instantly charming standout with marvelously written lines. As my character is a male, human rogue archer, she is a bit redundant. I need a warrior and a mage to balance abilities and tactics, and I love her banter so much I want to take her where ever I go. But in a real fight, I want another mage.
Do I gather correctly a lesbian love relationship is the only option for her? Sad if true.

Ngl, Sera saved my mage's ass plenty of times. Give her stealth skills and she'll be impossible to kill. She's also good at avoiding attacks and is also a heavy hitter. Gurl is a must in dragon fights.

Going into DAI I genuinely thought I was going to HATE Sera. Couldn't have been more wrong.
I see her as a really well thought out character. She's like the Thedas equivalent of a Council Estate/Trailer Park kid, who's fallen through the cracks of Society. She's smart as hell, but because nobody ever truly educated her she's built up her own kinda language structure and slang, has no conceot of social graces. But you shouldn't ever write her off.
I really wished I'd have taken her into The Fade abnd to the Temple of Mythal, for that matter. Because her first response to the possiblity that The Chantry Lore was real, when you reach Skyhold, is great. Proper freakout. I'd have liked to see how she might have reacted to discovering there was more to Elven Lore.

I vaguely remember a guy named Fred falling in a hole and being stuck for a few episodes. That was the only time I enjoyed it.
