I just bought the game on Origin and everything went well until I had to create my character. It works, but you can't see the character. It's practically useless. What have I done wrong and what do I do to fix this?

Can you try to restart your PC and re-load the game? Could just be a rendering problem. So you created the character but then they don't appear in the following cut scene and after that with Cassandra?
