I assume others are getting this, too?
It says there will be new maps and armour, although no mention of whether it will fix armour to actually provide defense.
Edit: It would appear that they are informing me of the previous DLC, rather than a new one (very useful info.)
Well, considering the Destruction Multiplayer DLC was released mid-December, I would imagine most of us are aware of it. As for new maps and new armors... that came with the DLC. 
Guess bioware is finally informing those that didn't know about the DLC.

I've never had the key glitch, ever. Maybe I've been playing the pre-DLC version?
They should inform on the key glitch as well.

The only issue with this is that you can only play with people who also do not have it installed.
What that does to match frequency and quality I cannot say, but BW says most people do have it installed. Still, I say if you haven't been having problems, there is nothing in the DLC that you'll miss while you wait for the key glitch to be fixed.
I certainly don't seem to have been having problems finding games, for the most part.
