Curious question, can you change anything in your dragon keep storyline and import it to your current saved file if it's somewhat early in the game?

Putting a Spoiler just in case.

So let's say, you decide to make Alistair a Warden instead of making him King or choose Leliana instead of Morrigan. Can you change the Tapestry and import the new storyline into your current game?

No, you can't change anything once you import the world state into your game.

I think the Keep world state is imported into DAI at character select, so I would guess 'no'.
