give the Orb to Flemeth? He couldn't unlock it because he was weakened from his slumber but surely Flemeth could have. Why give it to Corypheus?

He might not have been entirely aware that Flemythal was still hanging around. At the Temple of Mythal he said something like "so Mythal endures." As for why he gave it to Coryphemus, well...desperate people do stupid things when they're full of pride and wake up after a 1000 year nap.
