I've read about being able to set preferred abilities for each party member. I can't seem to find it in the menu, though. Can someone tell me how to do this on the Xbox?

You have to go to the Tactics tab, select an Ability and then select Preferred, Enabled or Disabled. Disabled abilities won't be used by the AI.
