No incentive to kill dragons

So what? I'm glad not to have to kill dragons. They're huge, they're difficult, and they're endangered. I'd rather avoid them.

Yet, tons of people love killing dragons for the thrill, the challenge, the ego boost, the crafting materials, the affect on Iron Bull, etc.

I say, let it be optional for those that want to kill dragons, but don't give story reasons that force the hand of those who don't want to.
