I redeemed my Cerberus Card via bioware social along with Terminus Gear, Collectors Gear etc, logged into my 360 started ME2, Logged into EA/Cerberus Network, only DLC listed Terminus Gear, Collectors Gear, Normandy Crash Site, no Blood Dragon Armor.
So I thought well maybe I need to make sure it's still installed in my DA:O folder on my HDD, yep it's still there, download again just to be sure. Now I go back into ME2, still no Blood Dragon Armor.
Then to my surprise I look at my registered game promo tab on my bioware social profile, and for some reason the only things that are registered are items I redeemed via bioware social redeem procedure. IE: The bonus items for DA:O from the flash game, and from the DA:O Character Creator, Items redeemed for ME2 CE 360, Cerberus Card, Terminus Gear. Doesnt list: Stone Prisoner, DA:O CE bonus items, or Blood Dragon Armor.
I thought back at how I redeemed the DA:O content from my CE Pre-Order, I did not redeem them through bioware social but through the EA procedure within DA:O while running on 360 at the main menu, that being said, why am I getting the shaft for the Blood Dragon Armor when I redeemed as instructed on the DLC card in my DA:O CE tin.
I'd like to know if anyone may have redeemed their DA:O stuff like I did, or if anyone has their items shown as registered on their bioware social profile. Just trying to understand if this is a screw up because I followed EA's instructions for DA:O or if their is a general problem with the Blood Dragon Armor (360) right now.
I hope there is a resolution for any of us with this problem, I'd be a bit irritated if those of us who PAID for DA:O cant get this content when because of a screw up with MS Marketplace people who didnt even get DA:O had a chance to DL the content for free, not to mention the "Exclusive" content with ME2 CE 360(it's over and done with, not trying to get anything started again, just saying).
Any feedback is appreciated.

Something similar has happened to me. I used an alternate e-mail for Live registration so long ago but I got DA: O for PS3. For my PSN I used my new e-mail which is now also linked to my new XBL GT. Quite frankly its driving me insane! My best advice to you is to call EA Customer Support (650-628-1001) and wait in line. Eh...

My account is linked with my GT it has been since Tiger 06 or 07 I think.
I think it has something to do with how I redeemed it via DA:O 360 Main Menu rather than the ME2 instructions via bioware social. Yeah I have EA's number saved in my phone, I only have so many minutes though may call after 7, cant remeber if their lines are open that late. You would think it would be based off of your DLC existing on your HDD for your GT rather than the procedure in which you redeemed it.
