Is there any 2H weapon, crafted or found, that can compare? Sure it lacks the pommel and grip slots, but it has the highest raw damage of any weapon, and +42 Str isn't to be sneezed at.
Sulevin Blade the best 2H weapon?

From a pure Stats point of View Crafting a masterwork 2 hander with masterwork upgrades will result in a much more powerful weapon.
That said from an aesthetic point of view no 2 Hander comes close so unless you are soloing on nightmare go for the looks.

Bruh. When you gonna learn?
Crafting is always better.
Crafting is always better.
42 strength is only 21 attack %.

for me crafting is more preferable. more powerful weapons in many possible outcomes (stat increase, critical chance, bleed, etc)
so far i havent encountered any combination of material to surpass that +42str, but i did find one that beat the number (+24str and +24constitution with dragon bone)

oh before i enchant the blade it has DPS of 318 (with critical crafting, slightly higher than sulevin's 314)

If you just want something that exceeds the strength value, that's doable too.

You all critical crafted your gear i see. Wouldnt guard on hit or heal on hit be better options?

The point to refute was OP's claim that Sulevin's blade has the highest base damage in the game.
Insofar as the what's actually good, that's up to interpretation. Depending on what you value in the weapon or piece of armor. Personally I think Guard on hit is overrated in the extreme on anything besides a unit with heavy armor. Back to the matter at hand, you'd have to calculate whether the increased attack%, base damage and critical hit % is worth more or less than the defensive or offensive masterwork.

We are showing 2 handed swords meaning warriors. Thats why i did say guard on hit.

3 Guard on hit on a slow weapon is meh, pretty cool on DW rogues, but other wise, *shrug*, you have better luck using conventional guard builders and mastercrafting. Though I have found heal on kill to be fairly nice with two handers, if you have high enough damage to ensure the killing blow.

i always put my 2h handed warriors in superior prowler as its better for their dps, because all my 2 handers are reavers so they never really have the armor for sustained guard anyways.. I like the 10% chance of horn of valor for 12 seconds, I think it's the best offensive enchantment for any unit in melee range that has a reasonable chance of getting hit. Defensively I think Fade Touched Dawnstone is the best for 10% chance of 5 seconds of walking fortress, which just makes you flat invulnerable.
With constant critting and flow of battle I can cast charging bull every 3-5 seconds. I don't need more guard generation than that.
What I'm currently using to test my reaver solo times against the highland ravager is superior prowler enchanted with dawnstone and a masterworked ornate battleaxe. My health will get so low in those runs that the highland ravager can kill me with one hit, no matter my guard, so it's useless to me. However walking fortress means it completely nullifies those hits that would kill me, and allows me to keep dragon raging and devouring without having to dodge.

Its 3 seconds of walking fortress just 3, also all your defences work on guard as well. Meaning the better you armour, resistances the better your guard will be. Now the horn of valour does seem interesting 10% chance to proc a 15% damage buff and it is on hit, not being hit. S0 for a warrior that is a lot of damage, was also thinking about another snoufleur mastercraft which is 1% heal on hit. Every hit you make healing you for 1% of you hp.

It's 5 seconds. That's misinformation. I know the description is bugged, but please actually do the enchantment before saying stuff like that. It both says 5 seconds on the equipment you make the enchantment on and it works for 5 seconds in actual combat.
This is an old screenshot of when I was leveling that proves dawnstone says 5 seconds of walking fortress and I know for a fact it works for 5 seconds.
Why would I give up 30 crit damage for armor on a dps class? What?
The variant of snofleur that allows you to heal 1% of your health is for cautious people. I prefer my health lower because of the damage bonus.
Buddy when the highland ravager hits you for 600 damage and rips through all of your guard and kills you because you're a reaver and your health is naturally low, guard is useless.

Sorry about that as my information was from a list. What would be good masterworks for a 2h templar.

Problem is the 8 ability slots, on my templar i will have only 1 guard generating ability that is bull rush and that is not enough.

I don't know. I haven't played the class. I've only done s/s templar. But I did fade touched dawnstone, fade touched silverite and fade touched bloodstone on that class.
10% chance to be invulnerable for 5 seconds
5 guard on hit
7.5% extra damage for every enemy with 8 meters

Oh, I run improved warcry and improved bull rush on mine. I don't really worry about getting the aggro for a second, I just have the other tank pull follow up right afterwards, and the improvement to warcry's increase to side and rear armor is pretty amazing. Half the time I use Warcry when enemies are on me anyways, may as well get some guard and armor. I also use improved block and slash. =/
