I've focus upgraded to 2
and I've noticed many times that the Focus bars go back to a "full 1"
although I am sure it already was at "full 2".
without using it
Is this a bug?
Focus bars always goe back to tier 1 if not using it?

I've heard of that happening to other people but it's never happened to me. I don't think you are supposed to lose focus unless you actually use it.
