If I had to choose one, Katari.
Close second would be Hunter.

Depends on what I'm feeling at the time. Templar is the first character I finished 100 match challenge with, and that was a blast. Keeper Katari or Alchemist are a close second, I like all of them. I honestly have enjoyed all the characters so far.

Necromancer, Assassin, and Templar.
There is a reason they were the first three build videos I made.
However, this will likely change as I find new and interesting builds for other characters.

Hunter.
I loved the Drell Inf in ME3; I suppose I get some sort of sick pleasure out of shooting people while they tap-dance through a minefield.
Also: The hat.
Second would be the Templar or Legionnaire.
Every once in a while, I like helping my group through different ways than killing-lots-of-things-very-dead for a change,

Templar was my first character unlocked, and I still find her to be crazy fun to rock off and on. Demons? Bring it. Support horning and WrathPurge and just whacking the DC in the groin like a good girl. Hey, he went down and I said "No!" and he kept trying. Pervert gets what coming to him.
Necro and Ele both are also go to classes for enjoyment, but I like my Firestorm. I don't like key bugs. So the Ele has been gathering dust as of late.
Keeper I just like to run with to troll. Barrier everyone who doesn't need it and we just watch the idiot aggro everyone while we laugh. Fun times. She's also pretty fun when I use her seriously, but that enjoyment falters when she exclaims her skill haven't been tested that much in her life after climbing a few stairs. Ugh.

Elementalist: Immolate Firewall Meteor Winter's grasp
Archer: Explosive shot Long shot Mark of Death Leaping shot
I'll probably like Keeper more the second go-around, but she was the first one I played and so her actives are awful.

Elementalist all the way (barrier, immolate, winter's grasp - with ring, firestorm): I love to being to keep my group barriered while still being able to blast down mobs. I like to play right behind the front line so I can catch our blockers and myself in one barrier allowing me to take agro if they get into trouble. Immolate and winter's grasp may be low level abilities but they offer great crowd control and plenty of interrupt options even against bosses. Firestorm is great in may situations but especially when you need some breathing space and time to revive a fallen teammate. Plus by playing up close and dirty soul siphon and gathering storm will ensure you can keep spamming your abilities.
Hunter is fast becoming my beloved second (leaping shop, explosive shot - with ring, spike trap, and stealth). With On Razor's Edge, I like to play up close and personal for even more damage turning the griffon into a point-blank machine gun. Stealth + Knife in the Shadows + Superb ring of flanking sets you up to wreck primary targets and gives the option to slip behind enemies and play more like an assassin if needed. Spike trap is just there for the giggles. They last a long time and recharge fairly fast so you can plant a few surprises ahead of time. Its priceless to drop one right behind you when an assassin is heading your way. Spike trap is actually very useful in a more unconventional way - save it for when a mob closes to melee and it works as an instant GTFOM! Its saved my ham more times than I can count.

Mage: Elementalist, with pretty much the same skills and gameplay style as ErtosiAngel. Firestorm is great for knocking a room full of enemies on their asses- literally- especially archers and stealthies.
Rogue: Assassin and Hunter.
Warrior: Lego for survivability, Templar for smiting demons.

Hunter. Engaging style of play, effective up close and afar, lots of build options, and only requires a single weapon, unlike dagger rogues or sword and board. He always has something effective to toss out
Alchemist is a close second. She doesn't have the assassin's punch, but Assassins have a tough time getting consistent oneshots in Perilous anyway, and normal attacks shred in Threatening and Routine. The Alchemist also has interesting tricks to change up the typical dagger approach. Carpet Bombing entire squads with poison, sleep, mines, or Ice is too much fun.
Katari is probably my third favorite for obvious reasons. He'll probably be more fun when I finally get a Suluvoigiosdmfkjnv Blade.

I really love the Katari and the Elementalist. Can't really pick between those.
I love the Katari because of the the fast pace of the gameplay.
I love the elementalist because I feel I can carry my team using one, while not feeling cheesy like I do when playing the arcane warrior.

I'd say that Elementalist wins when it comes to dialogue. My eternal love for the Katari vanishes for a second every time I hear about this mother******g wyvern.
