I guess depending on who you put on the throne. Trevelyan can apperantly get an alliance with both Tevinter and Nevarra thanks to their relatives, but I doubt that will actually be a choice in the keep.
I hope it is. I don't like the fact that Tevinter is the red-headed step cousin when it can bring a lot to the table.
It's culturally Fereldan and falls on the Fereldan part of the map table, but officially remains part of the Orlesian Empire.

I assumed it was always Orlesian due to the mention of their longstanding border and trade with Orzammar. Theres no Ferelden territory south of Jader btw because Ferelden doesn't control the frostbacks, people always assume their borders push up to the tops of the mountains though, but yeah those are unclaimed territories held by the Avvar....and the Inquisition now I guess (Not that I'm claiming you made any such claims)
