First off, just wanna start by saying THIS GAME IS AWESOME! best i've played in years! i'll get to the full feedback once i've finished the game. But for nowsies, the hairstyles. The hairstyles in this game are just...well they are just abysmal. Like, they look like they all all from the 80s or something - and not in a good way. Where are the long beautiful elven braids? where is Malcolm's roman-style hair. where his the long hair at all? even cassandra has a awesome leonidas-style hairstyle we can't use!

The hairstyles has to be the most disapointing part of this game, to be honest. I mean, i don't understand how Bioware looked at them and thought "Great! people are gonna love 'em"

I only play males, i just down-right feel sorry for the people who have to endure these hairstyles with females

I thought i heard there will be more added in the future, which is great - but for now? awful. just awful. If we are going to get some new hairstyles, i personally want:

-Malcolm's short roman-style hair

-Duncan's/Anders' tied back hairstyle

-Cassandra's Leonidas hairstyle for males and females

-Long elven braids, like Thranduil and Legolas from LOTR

they would be awesome, in my opinion, and you don't need to even animated any apart from the long hair. Anyway, yeah, bloody LOVING the game so far (level 16) GOTY 2014 hopefully.

The hairs we have are OK but I don't know why we need so many bald hairstyles lol. I kinda hope it is something that they can add it in later...but realistically bioware properly won't. Here's to wishful thinking!

Really? i find them absolutely awful considering the good ones they could have has instead. I think they will add some as Mike said they will add more hairstyles with updates in a live stream.

I always think they could have been worse lol. Really? I must have missed that stream, at least there is some hope then.

Even though its last-gen Dragon's Dogma was quite successful at the hair options.

My thoughts exactly! having the shaved along sides ponytail which geralt has in part of the witcher 3 trailer would be awesome!

They can used whatever excuse they want for the consoles, but on the PC, the hair is garbage.

Agreed with this thread. But, if we're supposed to all have practical hairdos, then so be it. Let the players make mods, though.

TressFX is pretty awesome and does work on X-Box One / PS4 as well as PC. But Lara is just one char on screen with it resource wise and more importantly its third party tech.

Yup, I know, was just an example. Although, I don't think it's too much to ask for more dynamic hair, at least on the inquisitor. Everyone in the game is using some magic hair gel from the fade.

Sera inexplicably has dynamic hair for some reason. But as a companion char her face/hair are likely one mesh thus avoiding any mix and match clipping problems, etc.

I'd be so happy if only they gave us Josephine's hair. Honestly, of all the characters I get to see often, mine is the only one with ugly hair. It just doesn't go well with amazingly realistic faces at all.

I agree. Is very sad when the only cut with a little personality is so blatantly designed for males characters. 

Really, if the way is "unisex hair" at least make them unisex, and not blatantly male! is not even as if every male around have side burns, by the way...

Still, at least the NPC hairstyle could have been implemented in the CC.

What I don't understand is why BW isn't addressing this issue. Obviously it is a concern for the players, you just don't mess with the players ability to create their custom hero.

Duh the game has much bigger issues at the moment then the lack of good looking hair. Some folks have problems playing since the last patch and MP is also bugged.

Than they should say so, and at least tell us if and when they will be adressing this issue. Seem quite a lot of people have a problem with how poor are the choice of hairstyle.

The guys who fix hair are surely not the same who check on bugs. MP surely has another team.
