Sure it could very well be someone we haven't met yet, but they're building up to big things here, and we know much of the lore to know the heavy hitters.

What?
What, question confusing? I raise it because people are divided over if Corypheus was a good/bad villain. Regardless of that, who do people want to see be the ultimate bad guy?

I believe that some self editing would have benefitted your post. However, to answer your question, I would speculate that the Tevinter/Seheron conflict would provide worthy main villains with our character caught in the middle of the conflict. I think that a predominantly deep roads setting based upon a war to wipe out the darkspawn and/or old gods would have great potential for a big bad.
I loved the use of dragons in Inquisition and would love to see the proliferation of these beasts ramped up even more, especially since the franchise is called "Dragon Age" and whether an archdemon rises again or not; dragons themselves make for one hellacious threat (either alone or in packs).

Hmm to finish off the series ah yes, The nightmare demon finally makes it way into the world and you have to stop it and then as the series is coming to the end the maker returns at least turning the black city golden again.

This may sound stupid but I think it's going to be Flemeth. She's been behind the scenes since the series began and one has to ask the question, did she plan this all out?

I want to face The Maker, for only through His intervention can we end the threat of the Blight. We must force His hand.
Just kidding. Would be pretty epic though. I imagine our own protagonist would have to ascend to Godhood first if anything like that were to happen. We all know there are characters in the game who have peculiar ideas on how to do so.

I don't see the games' final bosses becoming steadily more and more epic from a story standpoint. That hasn't exactly happened so far, and there's no reason to suppose it will hold in the future.

Once the final Dragon Age game is over, I want to have discovered what the Blight truly is and what caused it, and I want to have ended it forever.

The only thing I know is that we'll be fighting the Formless One in DA4. He, she or it is probably a side boss, though. It would be an amusing twist if whatever it is WAS the Big Bad and brought Gaxxkang, Xebenkeck and Imshael back with it ... but since the main plot of DAI was all about fighting demons, I guess we'll be moving in some other direction next.
I hope the Formless One is harder to kill than Imshael, though. Those Choice Spirits are kind of a pushover in combat, apparently. At least Xebenkeck brought all her friends to entertain you.

If we get to kill a god, that would be epic.

As long as he or it doesn't rant how it refuses to be a footnote in your tale and then reveal it self Gaxxkang the unbound. Hopefully the last of the four will be more interesting given if it wasn't for the tevinter magisters contracting them DA history would be very different and the fact that they are called the four forbidden ones for which there must be a reason.

Honestly, if the next game is set in Tevinter or the Anderfels, I don't want to play an overpowered character. I want him to begun low in the social ladder and then progress to change the his country in a less "grand" way than the Inquisitor, since I'm a little tired of the Chosen One trope. Therefore, I would like to face either the First Warden (who would be a skilled combatant, and a dangerous political foe) or the Archon. I would let cataclysmic events to Mass Effect and get back to more "mundane" wars and political manoeuvres for DA.

No idea, but sometimes I suspect the ultimate evil boss could easily be part of our beloved BSN ...

Now Mythal on the other hand could be a villain. My bet would be Solas as the next villain. I think he'll try to restore the old elvan kingdom and some how **** hits the fan. I could be way off but if Solas becomes a villain it would be so damn hard to kill him.

I think Solas will not be a villain, but the temple of Mythal shows there are ancient Elves still slumbering. Even if you killed the Sentinels, based on Solas dialogue there are other groups of Ancient Elves
