I've come across a quite curious glitch. None of the DLC locations, such as those required to trigger Return to Ostagar or the Stone Prisoner, show up.

The DLCs are still there as I can use the console commands to access their locations and trigger them, but that is something I really shouldn't have to do.

I can load up other characters and the locations show up for them.

Also Levi doesn't show up in camp for me, I'm assuming that this is connected.

I'm a decent bit into the game and don't really want to restart. Is there anything I can do to get these back on the map or is it a new character once again for me.

Are you using one of the more dangerous Mods/exploits?

If I knew what they were I might be able to tell you.

The mods I have installed are Warden Armours, Extra Dog Slot, Cullen Romance Option, Dialogue Tweaks, Morrigan Restoration Patch, Skip The Fade, Sandbox Assessment (to restore a line of Loghain's dialogue), tucked hair and Improved Atmosphere.

I think I know whats wrong, but I'm horrible at explaining. Prepare your head.

1. Find the dazip files for the dlc that are troubling you. Use the wiki to figure out the file names. I'll use Return to Ostagar for this explanation. The files are DAO_PRC_CP_1_1.1 and DAO_PRC_OCP_1_1.1.

2. Then open my document folder in another window and go to \Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age\AddIns\dao_prc_cp_1

3. Now open the dazip file with a program that can open zip files. (7zip for example). Take the manifest.xml file and drag/copy paste it to the folder you opened in step number 2.

4. Now go to \Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age\offers\dao_prc_ocp_1

5. Open the DAO_PRC_OCP_1_1.1 dazip file and move the manifest.xml file to the folder you opened in step 4.

6. Open the game and see if it worked. If it did, pat yourself on the back. If it didn't, curse my name and shake your fist!.

If it worked, you should be able to do the same with Stone Prisoner ( DAO_PRC_CP_2_1.0 and DAO_PRC_OCP_2_1.0).

I hope this works. (Don't want to be cursed after all.)

The initial stage and areas of a DLC quest not appearing is usually a result of the needed 'offer file' not being installed. Those files can be obtained from the DA Wiki (way at the bottom of that page).
