Hey BioWare Team and Community!
I never really considered myself a hardcore BioWare fan but out of very few games that I actually consider fun (most games I play are just me, mindlessly doing xyz task), Mass Effect 3 and DA:I's combat systems are for me, legitimately fun!
With that said, regarding some single player battles I've had in ME3 but particularly in DA:I; I just felt like the way they unfolded was pure genius (not to toot my own horn or anything). I understand there are loads of 3rd party software that I could use to record my game/screen however, I was hoping in an update to DA:I or in future games, you could include an ability to re-watch (I use that term as not to get confused with literally 'replaying' a fight) and save into a video format, battles in real-time.
In some particularly difficult battles, I find that I may pause quite frequently in tactical mode to reassess based on the flow of combat. It would be super cool for nostalgia to rewatch battles that went very well. As an example, I've paused the game coincidentally, perfectly timed as a rogue has just come off stealth to backstab my mage. My mage will then instead of doing w.e. he was doing, will perform an ability to let him escape the blow from the rogue.
Being able to watch this as a spectator in real-time would be super cool! Heck, could share it with my friends who haven't bought DA:I yet to coerce them to buying it
or post it on here. Can hold community contests of who had the most interesting, non-boss battle, etc.
I am new to the game, is this a feature I've just overlooked or maybe something that's been created in the mod community?
Thanks!
