Yes, fictional characters have rights, and the author of "Cupcakes" is going to hell.
Meh, Cupcakes is just shock. Spiderses makes brain cells commit suicide.

Sure, why not? If corporations have rights like a flesh and blood person, I am sure its alright for other fictional beings to have them as well.

Cupcakes violates the rights of fictional characters, Spiderses violates the rights of non-fictional characters.

I'm sure there are worse than either of those.

Fictional characters are a bunch of computer code, and have no rights in the sense of the real world.
Besides I often roleplay characters so I'm not always going to treat people in video games like I would in real life.
I mean, I don't go around in real life stealing everything that isn't bolted down and on fire(plus, I don't think putting a bucket on a shopkeeper's head works IRL).

Well, Project Horizons is more jarringly grimdark than Cupcakes, but I can't say it's worse than Spiderses in any way Spiderses tried to be bad.

Is it that the one you used to pretend to be freaked out by, in order to prevent me from thinking of new ways to annoy you?

Have you forgotten it?

If pixels have rights, then i would be in prison for a very long time just for playing Fallout 3 alone.
Let's not forget Fallout 2. Nothing like pimping out your wife for money to pay for your Jet addiction.

I got it thinking it would be a fascinating experiment allowing me to just watch the Sim as they went about their daily life all on their own. There's a disappointing amount of input required, however.

Exactly.
The Sims might as well be renamed SAW Simulator.
