So I've got about 15 hours in to the game and am searching the internet for cool looking gear for my Knight Enchanter. I found something I really like and want to replicate in someone's screen shot, but he/she did not list what type of armor/arms they used.

 

Please see the following image: 

 

I think the actual armor is some variant of the "Battlemage Armor" but I'm not 100%. Have no clue if getting that shoulder piece (that is what I'm most interested in) is related to Battlemage gear or not.

 

Does anyone know exactly what schematics allow you to craft that armor (Inquisition Chest Plate) and those shoulders? If you do know, would you be so kind as to elaborate on how (RNG T3 chest, vendor, etc...).

So, that armor appearance is for an Arm Upgrade.

They are called Battlemage Coat Arms.

Unfortunately, they are random drops. You will need to farm chests. :\

So I'm assuming as long as I have the schematic for a variant of Battlemage Armor and Battlemage Coat Arms... I can craft them and then combine them at the 'Modify Armor' table to replicate a similar look to this?

Yeah. I think that is actually specifically Sturdy Battlemage Armor in the screenshot. I think normal Battlemage Armor looks different? Maybe. Superior Battlemage Armor is also a possibility.

Thouse Coat Arms can also be farmed off the Valammar dungeon T3 chest (Hinterland), did that level 8. They are frickin massive on a human male. Had to wear BM Mail armor or the lower part of my character looked all squishy and stuff!.

Thanks for this post. It helps me since I like that chest piece and want it for my mage. I thought I'd have to wait till level 17+

It is possible to get that look for the arms in a elf?? i put the battemaster coat arms in a female rogue elf and looks like this

Battlemaster and battle mage are not the same thing.

Yes, but i have other character, human male warrior whit battlemaster coat arms and looks exactly to the battlemage coat arms. :/
