I noticed this bug a couple time. Usually when you activate rampage every hit heals you a lot. However, i think since barrier protects your health bar from damage it is somehow protecting you from the healing of rampage as well. 

 

To reproduce this bug, with reaver, simply get below full hp (50% hp perfect) than have an ally put a barrier on you, activate rampage, attack enemies. No healing will be applies on hit until the barrier fails. As soon as the barrier goes down the healing starts again.

 

If anybody else can confirm this that would be great.

Video please. I have 50 missions completed with Reaver and I have never ever experienced this.

Wouldn't that be an affect of one of the Barrier passive? I believe it protects from damage.

Nope healed just fine (no dlc if that has anything to do with it)
