Last night I was playing dragon age and had to log my computer off. When I came back the game gave me an error stating that there was an error with my cloud save files and my local save files. I choose one of the options and then when I tried to play the game it works. However when I load the a save the game will get me to a loading screen and then switch to a black screen and the loading icon will freeze but the music will continue for several more seconds until stopping. After this the game will not load whatsoever. I have verified the integrity of my game and re-installed it to no avail. Has anyone else had this issue? Does anyone know how to fix it?

It's probably the save file, not the game itself.
Sadly, looks like you'll have to create a fresh playthrough.
Alternatively, you may want to try to reload an earlier save. It would be better to lose a few hours than an entire playthrough.
Depending on the circumstances, I'm not sure you have an earlier save, though. There should be a decently placed one, unless you've been overwriting them.
