What it says... And yesterday it was scuttlebutt but now I'm allowed in there? Also can't sign in period with my iPad but that's been for about a year, can do it on my phone or comp but when I put the correct username and password on Ipad it says it's wrong every time. Does this happen to anyone else?
Why can't I reply or start a topic only in the multiplayer section?

Other than needing to register a Dragon Age game to post in all the DA forums, I don't know what it could be (but it doesn't sound like that's the issue if your permissions are changing day to day.)
