Oghren has a lot of gems.

Oghren is nothing but a walking gem of dialogue and banter.  It's a bloody good thing he and Varric never partnered up.  Oh gods... the banter they would have...

Throw in Iron Bull and I would just play the game for the banter

Loghain: You have my sympathies on what happened to your order. It is unfortunate that they chose to turn against Ferelden.

Warden: I don't accept the sympathies of deserters and regicides.

Boy, that pisses him off.

And Isabella, her and Varric are great:

Varric: Rivaini, stop looking at my chest. My eyes are up here.
Isabela: But the chest hair...
Varric: Do you know how much I suffer under your gaze? I am a person, not an object!
Isabela: Uh, Varric?
Varric: (Laughs) Just shitting you.

Isabela: Come to me, and I'll take you to places you've never been...
Varric: Isabela... Are you talking to Bianca?
Isabela: I think she deserves to feel a woman's touch on her trigger, don't you?
Varric: Bianca responds to my touch. She'd never give it up for you.
Isabela: That's what they always say, and I always prove them wrong.
Varric: Stop it. You're confusing her. And me.

A party of Varric, Isabela, Bull and Oghren...

The gloriousness of that is simply too much for any computer to handle.

Wynne: Zevran, I am old enough to be your grandmother.

Zevran: You say that like it's a bad thing.

I use that line all the time.

I liked this one in DAI:

Demon: "So what will it be? power, money..."

Inquisitor: "Virgins"

Demon: "I should really stop offering virgins. Everyone always picks them and I can never find any."

And if Cole is in your party the demon adds:

"Wait, there is one nearby... But you wouldn´t want him anyway."

Didn't see this one here, so I'll leave it:

This one made me laugh the hardest in DA:O and in such an unexpected place.

Not sure if this one has been posted. But here we go, this one made me laugh harder than it should have

There is more to this banter, but this was my favorite part. Sera trying to ‘help’ Blackwall with Josephine

Sera: I’ll show you. I just need a peach. A ripe one. Because if you do it right, ripe. Down there.

Blackwall: Please, no peaches, ripe of otherwise.

Sera: But I can’t teach you bananas! That’ll be like showing you swords. Oh, remember. Don’t use it like a sword.

Wynne: Why do you occasionally refer to Alistair as a "little pike-twirler?"

Oghren: Why? Has the little pike-twirler taken offence?

Wynne: It's just a curious description.

Oghren: Curious? (Snorts) Bah, it's entirely true. What, you haven't seen him twirling his pike? Goes at it when he thinks no one's watching. Knocks about in the trees like there's no tomorrow. Caught him just the other day. Blushed all the way down to his navel, then couldn't find his shirt. I swear he's going to hurt himself one of these days, the way he works that thing.

Wynne: I don't want to hear this anymore, do I?

Oghren: I keep telling him, pikes are for sticking things at long range, aye? Horses and such. Not for twirling like a sissy-girl.

Wynne: Wait, you're talking about an actual pike? Like a spear?

Oghren: Obviously. What else would I be talking about?

Wynne: I can't imagine...

Funniest banter is between Sera and Dorian.

She kinda always reminds him that he likes to take it up where the sun don't shine.

So while playing Origins, I actually ran into a loading screen that I had never seen before.  I didn't even know it existed.  It started with...

"Sandal is not the most eloquent of dwarves, and he drools a little, but..."  And it went on about how you can enchant things at your camp.  I had to stare at it for a while, make sure I saw what I thought I saw.  Was kind of funny.

Not a line, but I do love King Alistair on the war table mission where he refers to the Venatori infiltrators as rats but with magic and nasty sneers. Then (not directly quoted) 'something, something grateful something. Wait did you just write that? I swear you Scribes do it on purpose'. I know a lot of folks regard Alistair as an idiot but at least he's my idiot ..... wait, that's another one, lol.

My adorkable idiot. His letters on the war table were great. It's nice to read them and say "yup, that's my Al." Good to see being King hadn't sapped him of his humor.

My favorite of the loading screens was "When in doubt... go for the eyes." BioWare really knows how to beat a joke to death what with Chiktikka going for the optics and some dwarfs in DA:I say go for the eyes (I think they were dwarfs).

My favourite loading screen message is still,

"Remember to always flank your enemies. History will not care how dramatic your failed frontal assault looked."

Cue the final chapter of DAI. Too bad Hawke can't see how prophetic that statement was.

As for good lines, I like this Inquisitor line:

"I've never fought a god before. This should be memorable."

It's just the right level of dry humor in Alix Wilton Regan's voice.

Yeah Oghren was hilarious. But one of my favs is when he was serious at the temple of sacred ashes. I was so shocked when I saw him talk like that.
