Flemeth: "You are required to do nothing, least of all believe."
I like the follow up more.

Well, they're actually part of the same line. I just singled the first bit out, because I felt it was interesting.

Fugitive Warden: "So what are you? A spirit? A demon, maybe?"
Devine Justinia: "It is not as simple as that."

Oghren: So, uh, what did you do with her legs?
Alistair: Whose legs?
Oghren: Her legs. That's the problem with dwarven legs. They're useless as an accessory.
Alistair: I didn't do anything with them. I don't know what--
Oghren: Ah, say no more. Just got 'em outta the way and went about your business. Good on you, son.
Alistair: Uhm. Thanks.

The entire monologue of Loghain when he loses the Landsmeet.
"Traitors! Which of you stood against the Orlesian emperor, when his troops flattened your fields and raped your wives?! You fought with us once, Eamon! You cared about this land once! Before you got too old and fat and content to even see what you risk! No one of you deserve a say in what happens here! None of you have spilled blood for this land the way I have! How dare you judge me!"

(Not funny, that one, but so, so, sweet... It's when Alistair gives the F!Warden the rose)
Alistair: I picked it in Lothering. I remember thinking 'How could something so beautiful exist in a place with so much despair and ugliness? I probably should have left it alone, but I couldn't. The darkspawn would come and their taint would just destroy it, so... I've kept it with me ever since. I meant to... give it to you, actually. In a lot of ways, I think the same thing when I look at you.

My favorite is probably the Loghain speech mentioned before, and also "Swooping is bad." ![]()
I also find Wynne/Loghain's banter very powerful:
Wynne: I was at Ostagar. I witnessed Cailan's murder.
Loghain: Such loyalty.
Wynne: What is that supposed to mean?
Loghain: Did you try to save him, then? My apologies.
Wynne: I was fortunate to escape with my life.
Loghain: So you didn't run to your king's rescue. I see. Then both of us left the boy to die.
Wynne: I was no general at the head of an army. I could never have reached him.
Loghain: And I had no magic that could break those darkspawn ranks. Perhaps you think I ought to have tried, regardless? No doubt the lives of mere soldiers are cheap in the eyes of the circle.
Wynne: And what of all the soldiers who died with their king? Their lives were worth nothing to you?
Loghain: You think so, do you? I knew their names, mage, and where they came from. I knew their families. I do not know how you mages determine the value of things but they were my men. I know exactly how much I lost that day.
A few ones that made me laugh that I haven't seen yet are:
(upon meeting Morrigan)
Alistair: I'd be careful. First it's 'I like you', then zap! frog time.
Daveth: She'll put us in the pot she will. Just you watch.
Jory: If it's any warmer than this forest, it'll be a nice change.
Duncan:So you found Alistair did you? Good. I'll assume you are ready to begin preparations. Assuming of course that you're quite finished riling up mages, Alistair."
Alistair: What can I say? The Revered Mother ambushed me. The way she wields guilt, they should stick her in the army.
Zevran: Well, here's the thing. I failed to kill you, so my life is forfeit. That's how it works. If you don't kill me, the Crows will. Thing is, I like living. And you obviously are the sort to give the crows pause. So let me serve you, instead.
Warden: And what's to stop you from finishing the job later?
Zevran: . . . Even if I did kill you now, they might just kill me on principle for failing the first time.
Varric: You've been glowering for days. Your face is going to get stuck that way.
Anders: My face is the least of my concerns right now.
Varric: That's because you don't have to look at it. If you could see it from this angle, Blondie, it'd be at least a close second on your priority list.

Oghren: So... mage, huh? What's it like?
Anders: To have all this power at my fingertips?
Oghren: No, to always have to wear a skirt! *laughs*
Anders: Oh, you don't know the story behind the robes. You know how strict things are in the Circle, right? Of course you do. Well, the robes make quick trysts in the corner easy. No laces or buttons. You're done before the templars catch on.
Oghren: Really?
Anders: Just, ask, anyyyone.

Anders: So you're a Howe?
Nathaniel: Do you have a point, mage?

One of my favs is:

I miss pre-Justice Anders.
Right? Didn't he have a line at the beginning of Awakenings about how he just wanted to be free to shoot lightning from his fingers? Then in DA2 he was just all broody and sad because Justice sucked all the fun out of him.
