As a Morrigan romancer, I found 2 versions of the same conversations equally enduring....

 

Warden:  Care to Join me in my tent?

Morrigan:  Oh? What a wicked, wicked man you are.... shall I take that as a propostition?

Warden:  Oh, I'm not so wicked

Morrigan:  Oh no? Then for what reason should I join you in your tent? Do you have.... something to show me? hmmmm

Warden:  The way you say that.... you're evil!

Morrigan:  Yes I am, I am evil and I need to be punished.

 

Or the variation that equally and utterly cracked me up:

Morrigan:  Oh no? Then for what reason should I join you in your tent? Do you have.... something to show me? hmmmm

Warden:  I was thinking we could hold hands and recite the Chant. (this line kills me!)

Morrigan:  For you, my lovely Grey Warden, I shall risk even redemption.

Leliana's romance has some of the best dialogue. The Warden can be so hilariously oblivious to her propositions. I usually just go with the mildly clueless "I think I'll go write in my journal." ("Dear journal, Leliana has shown much affection for me, even asked me to come to bed with her, but alas, subtlety is lost on me...") but it can go so much further than that.

 

Leliana: "But now it's getting late. I think I might...turn in early. I can't help thinking about how soft and warm my bedroll is..."

Warden: "You don't want to talk to me anymore?"

L: "Of course I do. But, it's getting a little chilly, and I'd rather be in my bedroll..." 

W: "Well, I shan't keep you then."

L: "You know, it would be nice if you came with me." 

W: "What for?" 

L: "To show you my collection of pressed flowers. Obviously." 

W: "I didn't know you kept pressed flowers." 

L: "I...stop pretending you don't know what I want." 

W: "I have no idea what's going on." 

L: *sighs* "The games you play...I wish to spend the night with you. There."

W: "Wait, what?" 

L: "Oh, now she gets it." 

[Hal-Jordan]

"Tell me you don't care."

"I can't do that."

*Repeatedly shoving him*

"Tell me I was some casual dalliance so I can call you a cold-hearted son of a ****** and move on!"

"I'm sorry!"

Then again, the Dorian Romance has to be one of the smoothest things I've ever witnessed.

It'll set tongues wagging of course. Not that they aren't already wagging. I suppose it really depends. How bad does the Inquisitor want to be?"

"I thought you'd never ask."

All the interchanges between Isabella and Aveline come to mind, but my favorite:

There are really too many to list, but anything with Ogren, Shale or pre-Justice Anders is funny in Origins.  There are some really good ones in DA2 as well, in DAI anything with Cole is usually great, Dorian has a wicked sense of humour too. One of my favourites is between Cole and Dorian, forgive me for paraphrasing but I have only heard it once in six playthroughs!

 

Dorian: Cole you must be careful dashing in with your blades when I am casting spells.

Cole: Why, they won't hurt me, they are friendly fire.

Dorian: erm that is not what friendly fire means …

 

Just made me giggle and I wish it would trigger again.
