Serious moment? "Selfish, I suppose, to not want to spend the rest of my life screaming on the inside."

Aveline's entire conversation with Hawke after All That Remains, about "take their hand and say 'my choice.'"

"You watch me walk into darkness over and over and you always worry. Thank you."

"I have been many things - bard, sister, left hand - and yet, I am not defined by any one."

The conversation between Leliana and Tabris/Surana where you can basically be rude when you call her out on her racism and she approves.

Warden Carver's "I am so much more than I was" final conversation.

Everything else? Sarcastic Hawke, and basically all of MotA.

Tallis: "what do you call it when you kill someone and take their stuff?" Hawke: "Adventuring!"

"Can't get much worse. It's...pretty late."

"Don't I have enough armed lunatics following me already?"

Aveline saying she'll shove a canary down Hawke's coal mine, just about everything Flemeth says. I think I like too many lines...

I can never forget those beggars at the Denerim Alienage back in Origins.

Starved Veteran: You were so generous to me before and these are... other veterans—
Orphan Ollie: I'm an orphan!
Starved Veteran: Oh, and — er — an orphan.
Orphan Ollie: My mom is especially dead.

What was great about that was the more you talked with the "veteran" more veterans appeared. The orphan was the icing on the cake lol

When the party enters Haven:

Sten: "Interesting strategy. Tell me: Do you intend to keep going north until it becomes south, and attack the archdemon from the rear?"

Warden: "It’ll never see this coming"

Warden has the jokes :D

Warden: "Care to join me in my tent?"

Morrigan: "Oh? What a wicked, wicked man you are. Shall I take that as a proposition?"

Warden: "Oh, I'm not so wicked, really."

Morrigan:"Oh no? For what reason, then, shall I join you in your tent? Have you... something to show me, hmm?"

Warden:"I was thinking we could hold hands and recite the Chant."

Morrigan:"For you, my lovely Grey Warden, I shall risk even redemption".

So many good ones. Need to add...

Dorian: You owe me 20 royals, Varric. I'd like them paid in candied dates.

Varric: I haven't lost that wager yet.

Dorian: You said we'd be ass deep in trouble. This is more like knee high.

Varric: I didn't specify whose ass, did I?

Dorian: Leave it to a dwarf, always lowering the bar.

Trolling Cassandra

Varric: So here we are elf, cleaning up another human mess.

Solas: What would the Inquisition do without our stabilizing influence, Master Tethras?

Varric: I assume they'd start burning things.

Solas: That does sound like most humans I know.

Cassandra: If you gentlemen are quite finished?

Varric: Now, now, don't get touchy. We're just here to lend you simple humans our help.

Solas: Before you cause everything to explode.

Varric: Again.

Referencing the Qunari-formally-known-as-Sten

Varric: You know I met the Arishok.

Iron Bull: The old one? Man he had an impressive rack. The new one doesn't have horns at all. Usually means they're destined for something special.

Varric: I met him too. The only thing they seemed to have in common was a tendency to burn things.

Iron Bull: That pretty much sums up the Antaam, yes.

I forgot (paraphrasing this one)

Belinda: I met the Divine once before she died. She was wonderful!

Luka: Wonderful? I thought she'd be divine!

From the last Blackwall Romance conversation before we fight Corypheus:

"There's always something to die for. But, something worth living for? That doesn't come every day."

I love that line because it's how I feel about those I love-they're the reason I love living. <3

If you take Iron Bull in the Hissing Wastes and run into that Chantry Sister four times, I love his line when she disappears into thin air after giving you the bow.  he is all

"Da F***?!"

Just the way he says it makes me giggle. I'm easily amused.

I've grown rather fond of the oddly ubiquitous "I know, right?"

I think the first time I really clicked with it was during In Hushed Whispers.
IB:" You ever fought an army of demons? I don't recommend it."
IQ: "Well... ****."
IB: "I know, right?"

"*disgusted noise* Demons **** up everything!" when talking to Solas about having sex in the Fade made me laugh super hard out loud because I pictured Solas responding "I know, right?"

Every moment someone says "Well... s**t." In particular, when the Inquisitor is in the Fade and asks Divine Justinia about the fear demon.

Also, when Iron Bull imitates Krem in the Fade.

"Hey, chief. Let's join the Inquisition. Good fights for a good cause."

"I don't know Krem. I hear there are demons."

"Ah, don't worry about the demons chief. I'm sure we won't see many-"

(mutters) "I can't believe I listened to that-" (yells) "A**HOLE!"

From the Staff of the Void:

There is strength in absence. Absence of weakness, and of limitation. Absence of caution, and of mercy. The Void has always been within. The void never tires.

And this piece of dialogue between Fenris and Anders:

Anders: I'll prove to you that I'm not weak

Fenris: Prove it to yourself. You're convincing no one else.

Dorian: You know Varric, I visited Kirkwall once.

Varric: Yeah?

Dorian: Bit of a sh*thole.

Varric: Yeah...

The way they delivered the lines was fantastic.

If you save Segritt during the battle of Haven, the first time you run into him in Skyhold, he says something like:  "I see how it is!  You get a new title and I get the boot!  But thanks for saving me...."

Also, it's fun to take Sera with you to Crestwood.  In the dwarven ruins, she says something like:  "Something smells fishy here like fish and.....fish."  (Please correct; I know the wording is not 100%.)

Also when you're in Old Crestwood, the confrontational banter between Sera and the Spirit of Command is very funny.

Vivienne: Fiona, dear, your dementia is showing.

and

Dorian: Tell me, Cassandra: did your family throw suitors at you?

Cassandra: My uncle did, waves of them – until I broke one's arm. Then there were fewer.

Dorian: I must admit I never tried that.

Cassandra: It was an accident. Well… mostly an accident.

Cole: Cassandra, do you ever take off your armor and talk to it?

Cassandra: No

---------------------------------------

Cole: The Iron Bull, a woman in the last village wanted you to take off her clothes and pick her up.

Iron Bull: Yup, most people do.

Both the Warden and Sarcastic Hawke had the best lines in the series.  The Inquisitor isn't as funny, unfortunately.

One of my favorites is when you arrive at Recliffe and Alistair says has something to tell you.

Alistair:  Look, can we talk for a moment?  I need to tell you something I, ah, should probably have told you earlier.

Warden: Let me guess: You're an idiot.

I prefer females, but shoot... anything my buddy Alistair said and whatever Leliana and Morrigan replied back to me. Those were well-written characters. I have to say they're the best in any Bioware game and that's saying a lot. I did love Hawke's narrative especially when it concerned Merrill or Sandal. Inquisition did give Dorian chances to shine, but emotional investment wasn't there with Cassandra. My heart was stolen by Morrigan and she is my Warden's baby-momma. BOOYAH.

Just an example of awesome banter that Origins has. Oh my goodness. I'm playing Origins again. Yup. Rolling me another Cousland and going to help Alistair take the throne while I chase down Morrigan. Leliana's solo adventure will kick it off for me.

Sigh.

"Let me guess: You´re an idiot."

I wonder how long it took him to come up with this little gem.

I'm too pretty to die.

Humans smell like pork fat sitting in the sun too long.

I get it. You want to ride The Iron Bull.

And any of the banner of morrigan and Alistair.
