So good. Although being on bad terms with Solas would not suite me, he is quite hot when he dislikes you.

He was the Red Templar in charge of the Freemen of the Dales.

Best line in the whole franchise is the one I can't remember......it's the rant the inquisitor has in the trespasser trailer........"we fix this,we fix that,we close the rifts,stop the bad guy,my hands trying to kill me blah blah "........anger,rage,brilliant.

No way I can pick just one line, and many of my favorites are already stated.  Some that stuck with me are:

 

Carver:  
"If you have a problem with my sister, you have a problem with me."
"Gamlen can go suck an egg".

Zevran:
"We... are ridiculously awesome."

 

Possibly my favorite line was from Dragon Age Origins, in the opening narrative.  The first time I heard this line, I got shivers down my spine.  That was the moment I knew I was going to love it. 

 

"Men and women from every race; warriors and mages, barbarians and kings; the Grey Wardens sacrificed everything to stem the tide of darkness, and prevailed."

 

Still love it.

The thing is, sometimes the ones you love are also the ones who disappoint you the most.

 You think that if they love you, they should understand. They shouldn't want to hurt you.

 So you feel betrayed. You say things you can't ever take back.

I love it when characters state the obvious.

There's this exchange as a DC, which is mostly horrible but also kinda hilarious.

Mother: “Well, look at you all fancied up. Did the prince decide he likes boys, or did you find some other way to bring in coin?”
Brosca: “I’ve missed you, too.”
Mother: “Why would I miss you? What’d you ever do but make me fat and old and ugly? Running off to the surface just like your father. Never thought to share a little of that fortune with your mother?”
Brosca: “YOU'RE LIVING IN A PALACE!”
Mother: “I’ve seen how they look at me. Think I’m gutter trash. Not one of them would let me step foot here if it wasn’t for Rica! Precious Rica and her precious little brat! If he chokes on that gold rattle, we’d both be on the street!”
Brosca: “Rica’s happy. Don’t you dare ruin that.”
Mother: “Oh, precious Rica. What’s she done besides getting herself knocked up? I had two worthless brats and no one ever gave me the time of day for it. I deserve what she got! And more! And don’t you tell me any different!”

And then Morrigan caps it off with this comment:

Morrigan: “We have more in common than I thought…”
