Now none of my inner circle quests are available?   I had quests from Cassandra, Vivienne, Josephine, cole, and solas.  I understand losing solas but the rest are still here, what happenned?

Did you not read the disclaimer on the final mission?    It stated pretty obvious that some missions will no longer be available.

All companion missions are removed from play once you beat the final mission.

I didn't think it would be companion missions....  Oh well I'm going to do another play through.  FOR THE QUN.

Side Note: Sutherland's missions also disappear apparently. I was getting a persistent bug where he wasn't loading (tried reloading several times, going in and out of Skyhold/the Tavern, etc) Finally, after I complete the final mission, the next quest in his line suddenly triggers except it doesn't because after I go through all the dialogue, I can't actually pick up the mission.

I had Samson's judgement dissapear from Skyhold, forgot to go sit on the throne before the final mission and it was gone after I beat the game.

I think any quest dealing with a companion or NPC that might die or leave Skyhold is removed after completing the final mission.
