This is driving me insane. I have collected the 20 dog tags for the monument but whenever I walk into an area where it says " Press [F] to place the Monument" ....nothing happens! I have checked the whole map and every spot I think where the message pops up and no dice. Anyone else have this issue?

It's definitely a bug.

It's a great piece of content, by the way. Touching. Very nice to have a moment to remember the old crew. Damn you BioWare... you made me regret my decision to kill Kaidan even more.
I placed the monument right in front of the fuselage section with the name, and even fire my rifle in salute.

Is it possible to unload and then reload content in the PC version? You should try that.

Hmmm... I re-downloaded and re-installed the DLC but still wont let me place the monument. This sucks lol.

Even restarting the mission doesn't help. Bah!

Update - It seems that after exploring the crash site and collecting the 20 dog tags, my quest doesn't update and no matter what I do, I can't put down a monument .

I'm having this problem too. And I didn't save recently, and my last progress is 2 hours ago. Need to place the monument to get off the planet. Help!

it worked for me (xbox360 version). i pressed the button on the starboard side of the broken ship in the snowed clearing, when the 'press this button' message was on screen



an issue i had with this mission, was i walked off a cliff, and then couldn't get back on. for a good 10 minutes I was walking around on thin air until I found a spot on the cliff that let me back on when storming

You have to press the melee button to place the monument. If you changed the button config you have to press the new button to place it. ex: if you changed it to G instead of the default F, you have to press g to place the monument. hope this helps

Gods, thank you. It worked. Remapped the stupid key to my MOUSE button. Never in a million years would have thought of mashing -that-.

I will try this. Thankyou for telling us which button "F" is suppossed to be.
