PC characters not being detected by Keep

I hope the solution is simple.

I have an Origin account which is linked to my PS3's PSN account and my PC account. Same e-mail. My accomplishments on the PS3 were found when I first signed into the Keep. It also said it detected my PC account. The Keep is also tracking my accomplishments with my PC characters. However when I go to select a hero for the world status in the Keep, none of my PC characters are showing up. My PS3 characters have but that's it.

Is it because my PSN account and PC account name share the same e-mail but the account names are not the same?

Its got me baffled since the Keep is tracking my accomplishments on both the PC and the PS3 but only showing me the PS3 characters.

Any help would be appreciated.

Well I may have narrowed it down (may have)

I went into my bioware account and registered the ID to my PC version of Origins and DA2. My DA2 character appears in my bioware profile/games account info. But when I check DAO I'm getting an error saying profile/game/persona does not match?

I don't think that's it.

You see I saw that my DAO achievements were appearing in the Keep. I had been noticing these for a while. only on new years day did I buy DA2 from the Origin site and download it. My Keep was set up with my PS3 DA2 info.

Anyway I went into my bioware account and registered first my Dragon Age Origins cd number from my steam purchase and it said the game successfully registered. Then I registered DA2 and it said that was successfully registered. But when I check my DAO characters and such for the PC, I get a "Invalid persona/game combination" message.

According to some research into that, it seems that if you access the console or mod DAO then it will not sync properly. I have not modded DAO but I did enter the coding I needed to access the console command. So... that might be it. I'll have to undo the coding to allow the console command to work and then see if it syncs. And if it will remain synced afterwards if I access the console again...

It will sync if you disable console yes.

It won't get rid of the invalid persona message. Dont focus on getting them uploaded as DA:I ignores the names and you can rename the default.

well I went back in and corrected the coding so the console is no longer available. I also went and validated my steam CDkey number into my origin account so it appears in my origin play list along with of course the Mass Effect series :D and DA2. However when I logged into the Keep, my PC origin character did not appear. I went into the bioware social network and still got the persona error message and my PC DAO characters do not appear in my social network.

What has me confused is that the Keep is tracking the achievements of my characters but not the character itself. :( This is really bumming me out since the whole point of the Keep is to be able to set my world status. And I can't even do that with my PC characters which are the ones I want to use for my world status. Like I mentioned it does track my DA2 PC character just fine. But then again I did buy that game through Origin and downloaded it.

Could the issue be due to Steam being who I got DAO Ultimate Edition from? Despite being logged into it with my Origin account? Something isn't adding up. I wish the Keep did a manual detection of files on your system and not just by what the network tracks.

I'm having the same problem. Neither of my PC games are showing up on BSN - I registered Origins first and the consoles are disabled. The Keep is tracking my achievements for both games but no characters are showing up. Is DA:I any different if I just choose my decisions manually via the Tapestry?

O.o You have to enter your decisions manually regardless of if you import chars or not.

??????? Then what is the point of importing your characters in the first place????

For the pretty picture.....really that is the only reason at this point since you can rename the defaults now.
