Im looking for where i can get good swords of say 120+ dps and or t3 schematics. Im currently level 12 but feel free to talk about higher level weapons as ill need them eventually. Please and thank you!

Okay lets see, you can find T3 Schematics as chest loot in the Hissing Wastes and Emprise Du Lion. You can also buy a selection of T3 armour schematics from the merchant in Hissing Wastes. When you Take over Sulemin Keep in Emprise Du Lion, a merchant appears in the keep. He sells a selection of T3 Weapon Schematics.

 

You can get some Schematics from wartable missions. I've gotten T3 rare Anderfals cleaver (2nd axe) and T3 (rare) Masterwork Archon Staff from wartable missions.

However with the Masterwork Archon schem, you only get that after you ally with the Qun and let the chargers die, during Iron Bull's missions. It is a wartable mission reward int he series of missions that unlocks after that choice. It's possible you can get it another way, but i'm not sure. Maybe chest farming.
