Now my next question would being made tranquil, then having it reversed also undo the Grey Warden joining? Is that perhaps what happened to Fiona? Was she somehow made tranquil, then it was reversed quickly? Odd thinks happen to wardens so, it's possible that's the key to that too.
You'd remember and feel entirelly as you did prior to becomong tranquil, if Ander's friend was any indication.

Read Asunder, a mage being un tranquilized is highly unstable emotionally. Even Cassandra tells you the process being reversed causes them to be irrational. They're getting all their emotions and feelings back in an instant and they become overwhelmed and can't control themselves. A tranquil protagonist made un-tranquil would be BAD not good.
Nothing's to say that can't be fixed. Who knows what would've happened to Pharamond had he the time and the medical care to stabilize him.
