I had pre ordered at gamestop the CE(the only PC copy btw) and do not have an option to DL the Terminus Armour or Black Storm weapon after entering the Cerberus code.
Can anyone point me in the right direction to contact.

They should have given you a small flyer that has a unique code at the store. Check in your bag. If you didn't get one, I'd recommend calling the store and complaining.

I asked the clerk on the way out if there was a code or anything, he said they didn't get anything with it. I even opened the game in store and nothing came with it besides the Cerberus code.

I need to call, I guess. I didn't actually know it was supposed to come with Terminus Armor, too. I thought it was just the free Cerberus Network, Art Book, Comic, and CE armor and gun.

The gamestop I went to forgot to stick the flier in too. I kinda know the guy, we were both just distracted at the time. I got down to the car, realized there wasn't a preorder flier, called him up off the recipt and went back in to get the flier.
