Hi all wow it been a loooong time since i posted here..

 

I hope everyone had a fantastic new year or rather has a fantastic new year..

 

And right on que..i faced with the same old frustrations from that damn thing called 'origin' and i reminded same albeit new frustrations with origin exist..

 

I tried to access a key video clip that shows how to fix this problem which is proving very frustrating indeed no thanx to this silly origin update..but guess what? all of a sudden like all of you my textmod crashes when i try to load textures into the textmod program and it NEVER did that prior to this latest origin update!

 

Worse still, regretfully and for some outragouesly silly reason in the main menu in origin under 'application settings' you cannot disable origin in game..

 

So someone please tell me asap in response here since the latest origin update at end of 2014 or whenever it was very recently, how can i disable origin in game after this update so that finally once again i can relive the mass effect 3 experience with superior and more engaging textures and run my textmod once again?

As you said, Origin ingame needs to be turned off for ME3. You can do this as long as the game is not running, this includes texmod pretending to be the game aka close everything then rightclick ME3 in your "MY GAMES" library, under "game properties" check "Disable Origin in Game for this game".
