It's the best when a thread that never had a chance at being a good discussion takes a turn for the worse and you're like NOOOOO WHY AM I HERE but then all your friends show up and are funny and put their law chairs down and you set off fireworks together and the Cheers theme song starts playing and you're HOME and then a mod closes the thread because it really shouldn't be allowed to live and you wander off, the buzz wearing off and the regret setting in, but the memories, man. The memories.
But then you realize that this is the BSN, and that you'll get a new thread to derail soon enough. And sure enough, there it is. A brand new thread titled "Why Varric should shave his chest hair and Sera's not an elf". You smile, bring your popcorn and watch the thread burn!

The only way to stop the cycle is to create a new bad thread designed to stop bad threads and wait for the board to evolve to the point where it will deliver a poster so bad they will either destroy the boards, merge them with GameFaqs to create a whole new synthesized world of bad posting, or become the new shadow mod overlord, controlling all your posts.

Sadly as much as I like him I have to agree. I really wanted more conversations about his feelings on the Tal Vasoth (particularly WHEN PLAYING ONE) and picking the talking it out after Adamant was fairly unsatisfying.
Hopefully he can get more fleshed out in a dlc *shrug*

Thirded. Well, I didn't think he was boring, but I do think his character had tons of missed opportunities to be more interesting. Because he's the kinda guy who's brain would be so fun to pick, but they don't let you do that much.
admittedly I would've traded in one sexytime romance cutscene for one where we got to have an in-depth discussion
