Morrigan and Solas. The exchanges between them in the Temple of Mythal were fantastic. I love Morrigan (favorite character), but I'd love to see Solas rip her apart in regard to elven lore even more, and point out how glaringly obsessed she is with learning things she's not equipped to handle.

 

And for lulz, a drunk scene in Skyhold's tavern between Morrigan and Leliana, since Leliana isn't the same person she was in Origins, and could probably trade up some serious heat this time around. Or maybe they just get really drunk and really happy, and sing stupid tavern songs. I'm pretty okay with either.
