I was just wondering if anyone knows if the Keep has its own constant team that is working on developing it, or if it is like the backburner project for the main DA team?

It seems like a lot of things like deleting custom heroes that have been uploaded, etc... would already be done if the keep had its own team, even if it was really small.

It's not a backburner project it was just by the time DA:I was released they were just focusing on getting it set up for that and then several holidays happened.

They have quite the large room and we've seen some of the team on the friday keep twitch stream.

Rather than get the DA:I stuff up and running (I mean, its not like we're going to be using that part for something like 2-4 years) I'd rather see them get the site feature complete first (deleting heroes, deleting playthrough states, etc...).

Why not wait and see what next weeks update brings first.

We are indeed our own team and we are constantly adding to and improving the Keep! Look for our update posts around every two weeks to see what's new (you can check out the most recent one here), and you can see what we're concurrently working on in our Known Issues List

Speak for yourself.  I plan on using it the moment the tiles become available, to make Cassandra Divine in my canon playthrough.  :P

Thank you for the reply. Good to know. I look forward to the future of the Keep.

I don't know if it's possible, but what I would love to see would be a facility in Dragon Age: Inquisition whereby you could reupload your updated World State from the Keep partway through gameplay. I crafted my Inquisitor very carefully and then realised the Keep wasn't tracking my achievements from previous games (a bit of a seperate issue and really my own doing) - but worse, I'd also chosen a few things incorrectly in the Tapestry. As far as I can tell I can't change them while already in play progress, even though the Keep allows me to change it?

Other than that, though, you're all doing a truly excellent job. The Tapestry is thematically perfect for the Dragon Age series, beautifully designed and smooth to interface with.
